The Tirolessa USA sprayer can be used for applying plaster, small scale shotcrete, papercrete, earthen mixes and more. It can be used for plastering a stucco house, traditional plastering of stucco’s such as one coat or three coat stucco, GFRC, stamped concrete you can also use it for a stucco fence and also helps in building organic sculptures.  It is also is very efficient for many alternative building methods like strawbale, earth bag, insulated panels and thin shell / ferrocement. The range is from 1/4″ heavy texture to 1″ thick structural layers.

In Australia and New Zealand the stucco sprayer is also called a render sprayer.

The ceiling hopper  sprayer has four fixed jets that require a 7 cfm at 90 psi compressor. This sprayer greatly reduces the extreme labor of applying stucco to ceilings. The metal hopper is designed to attach to a 5 Hp or above air compressor.

The unit weighs 5 pounds and is comfortable to hold for most people. While you spray the hopper can be dipped into a wheelbarrow or plaster drum to add material. We reccomend having a 5-gallon bucket full of water handy to rinse the sprayer.

The hopper holds about a gallon of mix. The tool length is 36″, and the hopper is approximately 9″W x 9.5″L x 7″ D. The hopper is rinse-dipped in water periodically to keep holes clear (especially when using ferror cement and cement based mixes), and is sprayed with a heavy duty lubricant before use (LPS 3 product recommended, or WD 40.) A spiral cleaning tool is included.
