There are several choices for small scale pigments and colors. Locally, you may find the earth tone pigments at stucco supply stores. I have used the small boxes of La Habra pigments from these places.

 Art stores can be hit or miss and will vary a bunch from location (some can be like hitting a jackpot).
My best source for stucco colors  has been Erin.
